All Remède Spa treatments feature the exclusive Remède product line and may be customized for your personal journey to calm, enlightenment, wellness and balance. The spa also offers access to men's and women's steam and sauna facilities and a 3,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art Athletic Club.

The St. Regis Athletic Club
Energize your body and spirit at The St. Regis Athletic Club, our state-of-the-art 3,000 square feet workout facility. With floor-to-ceiling mountain views, this light and airy getaway features the finest TechnoGym equipment, including treadmills, elipticals, upright and reclining bikes, and strength training and core work areas with free weights. This spectacular athletic facility also features an adjacent yoga and pilates studio. The St. Regis Athletic Club is complimentary for guests and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
