Park City Kosher Kitchen
The St. Regis Deer Valley is offering its first-ever kosher dining program this holiday season, which will offer guests and local residents the finest kosher cuisine during the upcoming Hanukkah celebration.
From December 21 through 30, visitors to The St. Regis Deer Valley can enjoy buffet-style kosher dinners prepared in the hotel’s state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, which will be formally made kosher for the occasion and operated under rabbinical supervision.
Launched in partnership with Chabad of Park City, The Kosher Kitchen at The St. Regis Deer Valley addresses an important need in the Park City area for access to kosher food following the recently announced closure of the city’s seasonal kosher restaurant Prime at the Canyons. By offering expertly prepared kosher meals that reflect the hotel’s high standards of culinary excellence, The St. Regis is affirming its positive role in the Park City community and providing a new resource for its observant guests.
The St. Regis Deer Valley will offer kosher buffet dinners from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. every evening of Hanukkah, featuring a rotating menu of high-quality kosher cuisine. J&G Grill will continue to operate normally during this period. As part of its partnership with Chabad, The St. Regis Deer Valley will host a Grand Hanukkah Celebration on Wednesday, December 28 at 6 p.m., featuring special performances by local cantors A. Y. Hurwitz and Zevy Steiger.
Seatings for the hotel’s kosher dinners are per person and require a reservation that can be booked by calling (435) 940-5700 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
